Oralify.ai provides an AI-powered platform for conducting oral defense sessions to verify student understanding of submitted work. The Service includes automated interviewing, transcription, and analysis tools designed to support academic integrity.
3. User Responsibilities
For Educators: You are responsible for managing student access, ensuring you have the right to upload student work, and reviewing AI-generated reports for accuracy.
For Students: You agree to submit only your own original work. You consent to the recording of your voice and the analysis of your submission for the purpose of academic verification.
4. Academic Integrity
Oralify.ai is a tool to assist in the verification of academic integrity. We do not make final judgments on academic misconduct. Any decision regarding a student's grade or academic standing is the sole responsibility of the instructor and the institution. Attempting to manipulate, bypass, or deceive the AI assessment system is a violation of these terms.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content: Students retain ownership of their submitted assignments and voice recordings. You grant Oralify.ai a limited license to process this content solely for providing the Service.
Our Content: The Oralify.ai platform, algorithms, and interface are the property of Oralify.ai and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
6. AI Disclaimer
Our Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can hallucinate or make errors.AI-generated scores and feedback should never be the sole basis for disciplinary action.Educators must review the interview transcripts and recordings before making final grading decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oralify.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
